FAQ

B2B Product Directory: Common Questions

Documentation is reviewed at model and destination-market level. Requirements can vary by hardware variant, radio configuration and country. Share the proposed model, market and project scope so we can confirm the applicable CE/RED, RoHS, FCC, UKCA or local type-approval documentation before quotation.

Standard supply starts at 200 units per SKU. Branded hardware programs start from 500 units, while white-label app branding is managed separately from 1,000 units. Final MOQ depends on the model, finish, packaging and destination-market documentation required for the order.

Standard production typically takes 15–25 days after order confirmation and specification approval. Freight planning depends on destination and the selected Incoterm. For multi-site or higher-volume projects, start the scope review 8–12 weeks before the required delivery date to allow for technical review, documentation and logistics planning.

Yes. Hardware logo and packaging options are quoted by model and order volume. White-label app branding is a separate program from 1,000 units and covers brand replacement only, not custom app development. Documentation scope is reviewed against the selected configuration and target market.

Confirm operating temperature and ingress protection at model level. For example, the D801 call panel is specified for IP65 and −40°C to +70°C operation. For exposed locations or sustained high ambient temperatures, select the enclosure and ingress rating against actual site conditions rather than treating all outdoor units as equivalent.

Payment split, Incoterm, freight method and destination charges are confirmed in the quotation. This allows pricing to reflect the chosen model mix, order volume, shipment route and import scope instead of applying a generic delivered price.

Project support can include installation guides, SIP and ONVIF configuration material, API documentation where applicable, firmware notices and remote technical coordination. Support, commissioning and warranty scope are confirmed in the project quotation so responsibilities are clear before deployment.
