FAQ

B2B Product Directory: Common Questions

Compliance documents are checked against the exact model and destination market. Requirements can differ by hardware variant, radio configuration and country. Provide the proposed model, market and project scope so the applicable CE/RED, RoHS, FCC, UKCA or local type-approval documents can be confirmed before quotation.

For standard supply, MOQ is 200 units. OEM and private-label programmes start at 500 units; ODM development starts at 1,000 units. Final MOQ, lead time and documentation depend on the selected configuration, destination and written quotation.

Production and freight timing are confirmed after model, quantity, specification approval, destination and Incoterm are known. For multi-site or higher-volume projects, share the required delivery date early so technical review, documents and logistics can be sequenced in the written scope.

Yes. Hardware logos and packaging can be quoted by model and order volume. White-label app branding is a separate programme from 1,000 units and covers brand replacement only, not custom app development. Documentation is confirmed for the selected configuration and market.

Check operating temperature and ingress protection for the exact model. The TD-D801 call panel, for example, is specified at IP65 and −40°C to +70°C. For exposed or high-temperature locations, match the enclosure and ingress rating to site conditions; do not assume all outdoor units share the same rating.

Payment split, Incoterm, freight method and destination charges are set out in the quotation. Pricing therefore reflects the model mix, order volume, shipment route and import scope rather than a generic delivered price.

Project support may include installation guides, SIP and ONVIF configuration material, API documentation where applicable, firmware notices and remote technical coordination. The quotation defines support, commissioning and warranty responsibilities before deployment.
