Saudi Arabia route

Specify the project before selecting equipment.

A workable Saudi brief starts with the city, project owner, selected system and installation environment. Trudian reviews the available inputs against the proposed configuration before quotation or document discussion.

Project route

Start with the commercial and delivery model.

Saudi briefs differ by property type, procurement route and local delivery ownership. State whether the requirement is for distribution, an installed project or a managed-property rollout before choosing a product family or document route.

Distribution route

Define the target channel, selected range, Arabic materials required and the party responsible for first-line support.

Connection Review route

Document doors, power, cabling, network ownership, installed platform and commissioning boundary.

Project route

Set the application, handover owner, document request and procurement window for the named site.

Site conditions

Review the site before proposing a configuration.

Outdoor exposure, power continuity, network ownership and language requirements can change the equipment and delivery discussion. Record known conditions; identify unknowns instead of assuming a standard installation.

Exposure & power

Record indoor or outdoor location, solar exposure, dust, door material, supply voltage, cable route and backup-power expectation.

Network & connection requirements

State the permitted connection method, network owner, remote-access policy and any existing access or property platform.

Language & handover

Identify Arabic or English requirements separately for UI, labels, manuals, tender files, training and service ownership.

Saudi document route

Map requested documents to the selected configuration.

Saudi conformity and wireless requirements depend on the selected SKU, radio hardware, importer of record, product classification and intended use. A country page cannot establish one approval route for an entire product range.

SABER / SASO review

Where a product falls within a regulated category, the importer should confirm the applicable SABER and SASO process for the selected model, classification and shipment. Add the requested document to the project brief.

CST wireless review

Wireless functions require a review of the radio module, frequency band, hardware version and applicable Communications, Space & Technology Commission requirements. CST is the current name of the authority formerly known as CITC.

Technical-file inputs

CE, FCC, RoHS or ISO documentation may support a technical-file discussion for qualifying models. They do not replace Saudi importer, conformity or project-specific requirements.

Share the selected model, hardware or software version, importer, destination, intended use and known specification requirements. For a multi-site rollout, also name who owns installation, commissioning, local review and first-line service.

Trudian can organize a product-documentation discussion for the selected configuration. The importer, consultant, integrator and relevant authority remain responsible for project-specific approvals, customs and installation compliance.

Saudi Arabia FAQ

Questions to settle before quotation

Provide the city, buyer and importer roles, building type, product line, openings or units, installation conditions, language requirement, existing platform and target procurement window. Name any tender or document request separately.

Name the selected model, hardware version, radio function where relevant, importer and requested document. The applicable route is then reviewed against the configuration and project use; it should not be assumed from a product family or country name alone.

Record the installation location, solar exposure, dust, expected enclosure requirement, power conditions and cable route. The rated enclosure and operating range must be checked against the selected SKU and the intended installation point.

Identify each requirement separately: UI, label, packaging, installation manual, tender file and training material. Availability and scope are reviewed against the selected product and software version.

Standard supply starts at 200 units, OEM at 500 units and ODM at 1,000 units. Pricing, lead time and document scope depend on the selected model, customization and project brief.
