Brazil — Portuguese documentation
Define Portuguese product, installation and tender materials alongside the importer and selected-SKU route.
For a project or distribution programme, establish the country, buyer role, electrical supply and wireless scope before model selection. The quotation, document package and shipment plan then work from one auditable brief.
Define Portuguese product, installation and tender materials alongside the importer and selected-SKU route.
Spanish materials may be shared; import, power and approval checks remain country-specific.
Brazil and Spanish-speaking countries share commercial opportunity, not one operating route. Define the country, buyer ownership and application, then align language deliverables, electrical supply, importer and document requests to the selected SKU.
Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Peru; other destinations are assessed per project.
Distributors, integrators and developer or procurement teams responsible for residential and multi-door projects.
Apartment communities, gated entries, offices and managed-property upgrades.
Country, buyer role, product line, site power, importer and required documentation.
The model name is not enough. Wireless function, RF module or hardware revision, importer of record and labeling scope determine which route and documents must be checked before a commercial offer is released.
Start with the exact RF-enabled SKU, hardware revision and intended importer. Assess the ANATEL route against that combination, not the wider product family. Define Portuguese deliverables separately for the label, manual, packaging, app and management interface. CE, FCC and RoHS files can support a technical file, but they do not replace a Brazil route where local review applies.
Confirm the RF module, frequency band, hardware revision, local label and importer before committing to supply. The IFT route is reviewed against the selected wireless configuration. Record Spanish materials and the site power arrangement in the same brief so commercial and technical review use the same inputs.
Do not treat these destinations as one approval route. Check the importer, wireless capability, local document request and channel responsibility country by country. This matters most on integrator-led apartment, office and multi-door work, where the equipment schedule, handover owner and technical file are usually approved together.
A quotation can be released only after commercial, technical and service responsibilities are assigned. The evidence required changes with the buyer role.
Define country coverage, the intended range, language deliverables and importer role before opening a programme. This prevents catalogue selection from moving ahead of market-route and document decisions.
Record door or unit count, wiring method, site power, network topology, reader or intercom protocol and existing access, SIP or property platforms. Those inputs set the viable system architecture.
Name the project owner, installer, importer and service handover party early. For apartments, gated communities, serviced residences and offices, equipment selection should follow the operating workflow.
Voltage, outdoor exposure and language deliverables vary by country and by site. Log these inputs before the selected model, power arrangement and accessories are frozen.
Confirm voltage, frequency, plug or PSU approach, cable distance and backup-power expectation for the actual building. Some destinations use mixed arrangements, so country name alone is not a sufficient power specification.
Humidity, rain, direct sun, dust and altitude affect enclosure and operating-range decisions. For each outdoor position, record exposure, mounting location and service access; then check the selected door station and accessories against those conditions.
Define language by output: interface, app or management platform, product label, packaging, installer manual and tender file. Confirm Portuguese for Brazil and Spanish elsewhere against the selected model and software version.
Destination country, buyer role, importer status and language deliverables.
Product family, building type, door or unit count, new build or retrofit, and site topology.
Power, network or integration scope, document set, handover responsibility and target release date.
Assess the Brazil wireless route against the exact RF-enabled SKU, hardware revision, selected radio function and importer. Include the planned label and Portuguese document scope in the enquiry. Do not assume that a product-family file covers every hardware variation or intended use.
Review the IFT route whenever the selected SKU includes a wireless function for Mexico. Provide the RF module, frequency band, hardware revision, intended importer and local label requirement so the supporting file can be matched to the actual configuration.
Common Spanish commercial and installation materials can be prepared once where appropriate. Import, wireless review, site power and local document requirements must still be checked by destination. Use a common package for shared materials, then add the country-specific items to each project brief.
Confirm voltage, frequency, plug or PSU arrangement, cable distance and backup-power expectation at the installation site. Do not specify power from the country name alone; compatibility is confirmed against the selected SKU and the actual building conditions.
Current starting points are 200 standard units, 500 for OEM private label and 1,000 for ODM hardware. Final pricing, lead time, language deliverables and document scope are set after the country, SKU and buyer responsibilities have been reviewed.
