Romania
For Romania, buyers should review apartment, residential and commercial-entry use cases, installer capability, app language expectations and destination documentation before quotation. Include the expected credential workflow and identify who will handle commissioning and field support.
Czech Republic
For Czech Republic, the review should focus on door compatibility, project channel, after-sales ownership, document language and model-specific certification support. Submit the door and lock-body details with the requested hardware and wireless configuration.
Door and Installation Compatibility
Door compatibility should be checked by door material, thickness, handing, lock body, backset, cylinder, power condition and installation environment. A product image or front-panel dimension does not establish fit.
Buyers should provide dimensioned door and lock-body drawings where available. For an existing door, include clear photos of the door edge, current lock body, handle position and cylinder, together with measured thickness and backset. The installer remains responsible for confirming site preparation, fixing method, cable or battery access, weather exposure and final operation.

The review should identify credential creation, administrator roles, event records, gateway or cloud dependency, account ownership, app language and any named third-party connection. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Matter or another radio path should be treated as configuration-specific until confirmed in writing.

A document issued for one model, radio module or revision should not be assumed to cover a different configuration.
