Who is responsible for the project?
The buyer role changes the review. A distributor needs a supportable range; an integrator needs installation details; a property team needs an operating workflow that can be handed over at site.
Distributor & dealer
Confirm the target states, core models, first-line technical owner and the documents needed by the channel.
System integrator
Provide the controller topology, power and wiring information, credential method, acceptance test and handover point.
Property & project team
Share the building type, door or unit count, daily operating process and the party responsible for commissioning.
Select equipment against the installation
A country name does not determine the system. The entrance construction, credential method and control architecture determine which product family should be reviewed.
Video intercom systems
Door stations and indoor monitors for apartment, MDU and retrofit sites; review the entrance layout, wiring route and resident workflow.
Smart locks
Residential, managed-property and shared-area access; review door preparation, credential method and who administers access after handover.
Access control
Office, community and multi-door systems; review controller architecture, network ownership and the interface to the existing platform.

Practical questions before specification
Not by default. Confirm the destination, SKU and deployment first. Importer responsibilities, wireless functions, documents, installation practice and building conditions can differ between the three markets.
Send the current controller or platform, topology, door count, credential method, wiring, power source, network owner and the agreed handover point.

Select standard, OEM or ODM based on the change required
Standard supply uses an existing configuration. OEM is appropriate when branding, packaging or selected documents need to change. ODM is for a jointly defined product that requires hardware, software or industrial-design work.
Starting quantities are 200 units for standard supply, 500 for OEM and 1,000 for ODM. Send the destination, application, product family, quantity and document requirements by WhatsApp or email. Final terms are confirmed against the selected SKU, customization and target market.
