White-label mobile app, branded cloud portal, full REST API. Private cloud deployment for GDPR and data sovereignty. MOQ 1,000 units.
Traditional access control stores credentials and audit logs on a local server requiring on-site IT infrastructure, dedicated server hardware, and manual software updates. Cloud access control moves management to a hosted server accessible from any browser or mobile app without on-site infrastructure. Door controllers still operate offline independently — cloud connectivity loss does not open doors or interrupt local access decisions. The cloud adds remote management, multi-site visibility from a single dashboard, automatic software updates, and REST API integration with third-party platforms including HR software, PMS, and building management systems.
Yes. Three deployment options are available: Trudian hosted EU data center (AWS Frankfurt eu-central-1, data remains within EEA), private cloud on the customer's own VPS or server (customer controls all data residency), or fully on-premise Docker container deployment (zero cloud dependency, all data stays on customer infrastructure). For GDPR-sensitive EU clients — particularly property managers, social housing associations, and enterprise customers under strict data governance — private or on-premise deployment ensures access logs and biometric data never leave the customer's own infrastructure. Docker deployment package and technical documentation provided to OEM partners under NDA.
Full OpenAPI 3.0 specification covering: user CRUD (create, read, update, delete credentials and access groups), remote lock and unlock commands, real-time event webhooks with automatic retry on delivery failure, access schedule management, access group management, and audit log export. Used by OEM partners to integrate with HR software for automated onboarding and offboarding, hotel PMS for guest key lifecycle management, co-working platforms for member access control, and BMS for unified building management. Full API documentation and Postman collection provided to OEM partners under NDA.
Unlimited sites and doors per account with up to 1,000,000 credential records. Role-based access control: site manager sees their assigned site only, regional manager sees their region, global admin sees all sites and generates cross-site reports. Designed for co-working operators, serviced apartment groups, retail chains, and property management companies with 5–500 locations. Multi-tenancy architecture allows OEM partners to white-label the platform and manage multiple end-customer accounts from a single reseller dashboard with per-customer data isolation.
100,000 credentials are cached locally in non-volatile flash memory on each controller. Doors continue operating normally on internet loss — access decisions are made locally based on cached credentials and schedules. 500,000 access events are buffered locally and synced to the cloud platform when connectivity returns. Any credential changes made during the outage (new user additions, revocations, schedule changes) are applied automatically on reconnection. Offline operation duration is indefinite — the system does not have a timeout that would cause doors to fail open or closed due to prolonged connectivity loss.
Full white-label platform options include: custom domain (your-platform.com), branded web dashboard with your logo and color scheme, white-label iOS and Android mobile apps published under your developer accounts, custom email notifications with your branding, and custom report templates. OEM partners receive reseller dashboard access to manage multiple end-customer accounts with per-customer data isolation. White-label platform setup is included with hardware orders of 100 plus controllers. Annual platform fee based on active controller count applies after initial setup. Private cloud or on-premise deployment options available for OEM partners requiring data sovereignty for regulated industry customers.
The CA-1000 cloud access platform meets: TLS 1.3 for all API and dashboard communications, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, OWASP Top 10 compliance for web application security, and SOC 2 Type II audit (available on request under NDA for enterprise customers). For EU deployments, GDPR Article 28 Data Processing Agreement is provided. Annual penetration test report available to enterprise OEM partners. ISO 27001 certification for the hosted cloud infrastructure is in progress — contact our sales team for current certification status. On-premise Docker deployment allows customers to apply their own security certification framework to the entire stack.
