Account requirement
Record the customer type, building application, security objective, approval path and the operating outcome expected after handover.
Dealers establish the account requirement and commercial scope. Integrators validate site conditions, interfaces and commissioning. Set those inputs before product selection, final quotation or site release.
Send a Project BriefThis route is for downstream teams selling to, and delivering for, an end user—not for regional stock or channel coverage. The brief should connect the use case, commercial proposal, site conditions and accountable handover party.
Record the customer type, building application, security objective, approval path and the operating outcome expected after handover.
State the selected product line, door or unit count, option set, demonstration requirement, budget frame and planned decision date.
Confirm door construction, power, cabling and the systems in scope: intercom, lock, reader, controller or property platform.
Name the party responsible for installation, configuration, site tests, end-user training and post-handover support.
A dealer needs an accurate proposal; a delivery team needs a configuration it can commission. Confirm the selected SKU, firmware, topology and external platform before the scope is committed.
Selected configuration, finish, accessories, coverage and the site assumptions on which the commercial offer is based.
Applicable mechanical drawings, wiring or power data, network notes and protocol guidance confirmed for the selected SKU.
Test scope, installer responsibilities, user training requirements and the acceptance documents required by the project owner.
For technical teams that need clear product fit, connection details and a practical handoff from project discovery to deployment.
Discuss Your ProjectClarify building type, door count, residents, credential method and required external connection routes before selecting a model.
Wiring diagrams, CAD cutout templates, SIP/Wiegand/OSDP/ONVIF connection notes and commissioning checklists provided per model.
Installer training, commissioning review, warranty scope and after-sales ownership aligned before the first delivery.
Interface documentation is available for qualifying connection reviews under NDA. Confirm the named system, connection route and use case in the initial inquiry.
CAD drawings and DXF door cutout templates for panel, flush and surface mount configurations.
2-wire, 4-wire and IP cabling schematics, power supply requirements and PoE specifications per model.
SIP 2.0, ONVIF, Wiegand 26/34, OSDP v2 and dry-contact relay notes reviewed by SKU.
A complete brief allows the technical team to confirm product fit, documentation and pricing in the first response rather than a round of clarification questions.
Country, building type and estimated door or unit count (min 10 doors recommended).
Confirm existing wiring, conduit and door hardware for retrofit projects.
Video intercom, smart lock or access control functions required.
Ethernet, Wi-Fi, PoE switch, VLAN, SIP PBX, VMS or offline operation.
Connection review: name the SIP PBX, VMS, lift controller, property-management system, Wiegand or external interface path and test the required workflow.
Target delivery window, sample plan, installer training and warranty expectations.
Standard supply starts at 200 units; OEM and private-label programmes start at 500 units; ODM development starts at 1,000 units. State the building application, quantity and product line in the brief. Sample or pilot terms are confirmed in writing for the approved scope.
SIP 2.0 and ONVIF connection notes are available for qualifying models. Provide the model, firmware version and named PBX or NVR/VMS before selection; connection scope is SKU-specific and must be tested rather than assumed across the range.
Interface documentation can be reviewed for qualifying projects under NDA. State the named system, required actions and project scale in the brief. Any connection scope is assessed against the defined model and workflow, not issued for open-ended evaluation.
Send the building application, quantity, selected product line and required interfaces by email or WhatsApp. The appropriate technical contact will review the brief.
