Certification & Market Compliance

Access-control certification by market

Certification is a product-and-destination question. Match the exact SKU, wireless function, importer route and local rule before you publish a compliance claim.

Short answer: Request the Declaration of Conformity, laboratory reports and applicable local approval route for the exact hardware revision and destination. ISO 9001 describes factory quality management; it does not replace product-level evidence.

Build the evidence map

  • Europe: identify CE/RED, EMC, RoHS and country-specific importer responsibilities.
  • United States: confirm FCC route and any state, building or buyer requirements.
  • GCC and Saudi routes: map the radio, telecom and importer documents required for the destination.
  • All markets: check labels, manuals, languages, power supplies and data-handling claims.

Use a model-specific review

Do not transfer a certificate from one lock, reader or intercom family to another without checking radio bands, firmware, accessories and hardware revision. Keep the document list attached to the quotation and approval record.
